The June update includes various enhancements to Configurations, Integrations, StoreFronts, REST API, Operations and Reporting.

Configuration

  • Improved fraud rule management system with search
  • Allow USD as another native currency on a rotating transaction gateway if merchant's base currency is not USD
  • Exempt digital orders from Colorado Delivery Fee
  • New option to require a cancel reason for auto orders
  • Updated tax configuration application

    Integrations

    • AWeber - OAuth improvements
    • Veracore - improved error handling and integration log messages
    • Shippo - Fix tracking link generation
    • Klaviyo - Filter empty carts from being sent as abandons
    • EasyPost - will return the ground advantage label if first class unavailable due to weight slightly over 14 oz.
    • MadMimi - Removed ESP due to discontinuation by GoDaddy
    • Costco EDI - Improve purchase order re-use
    • FedEx - Speed improvements to the Zone table lookups
    • Cerbo - Improved integration logs

    StoreFronts

    • Add recognition of Applebot user agent
    • Improved TikTok events
    • New Communications step to sunset a customer
    • Improve the amount of data sent with TikTok conversion events
    • Improve the speed of certain GIS lookup operations
    • Visual builder will fetch shipping estimates for Stripe Amazon/Link payments if they don't already exist

      REST API

      • Don't generate pre-order warnings for channel partner order import
      • Re-upload to the CDN if they change a multimedia file name
      • Start the upsell timer when they return from PayPal and are sent back to a custom checkout
      • Fix a validation issue with the Sezzle payment method
      • Fix for updating tags via updateOrder API call

      Operations

      • Integration Logs now shows the associated email address with the log
      • Option to mark refund as a result of chargeback
      • Accounts Receivable add reject reason code field after a card is declined
      • Add an integration log about ShipStation channel partner polling

      Reporting

      • Improvements to the new customer report powered by BigQuery
      • Limit affiliate traffic analysis sub id tab to 100K sub ids
