What are Auto Orders?

Also known as recurring orders or continuity orders, auto orders turn your customers into repeat buyers by offering simple to use automatic ordering and delivery of your products. Using the built in UltraCart administration interface, merchants can configure recurring orders in a variety of schedules.  You can create fixed or customer defined order schedules, as well as allow for discounts or other incentives for your customers to choose automatic delivery.

Other Uses

You can also use the Auto Order feature to offer your customers a free trial of your product, with automatically configured repeat ordering.  Additionally, you can provide your customers one-click cancellation of the recurring shipments, or you can require them to contact you directly to enable additional winback opportunities.

Getting Started

This feature is already included in your UltraCart account!  Simply log into UltraCart, and navigate to the Order Management section.  Click on Auto Orders to begin.
